Examining the output.
As part of his in-progress AI coursework, Victor built an n8n workflow for a support-ticket intelligence proof of concept. The project generated summaries and response drafts, evaluated output using LLM judges, and consolidated results into a CSV file.
The work included role-based prompts, policy context, and quality rubrics. It also surfaced evidence-mapping limitations and a discrepancy in an AI-generated weighted score—reinforcing the need for human review and phased adoption.
Educational project, not a client deployment. Potential applications to discuss include legal intake, matter summaries, and mediation preparation with human oversight.
